1. Operational Directives
By engaging with our logistics services, you're agreeing to the core directives defined by #1 AUTO DEPOT, LLC. These terms govern all cargo transit agreements, freight forwarding maneuvers, and warehouse storage contracts executed at our 310 DEPOT ST facility. We've spent significant time refining these protocols to protect both the carrier and the client.
Is your freight ready for high-velocity transit? We require all cargo to be manifested with precise weight and hazardous material declarations at least 24 hours prior to dispatch from Youngwood.
2. Cargo Forwarding Policy
Our liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the values declared in our standard BOL (Bill of Lading). We don't accept verbal modifications to cargo value. All high-value transit must be pre-approved by our senior logistics supervisors to ensure appropriate safety escorts or specialized equipment are allocated.
3. Payment & Dispatch Terms
Payment for services is due upon the terms specified at the point of booking. We believe in transparency; therefore, any detention fees or warehouse demurrage charges are calculated based on the timestamps provided by our GPS-integrated tracking logs.
